Canada-wide shipping is fixed at $5 for all orders $50 and under. Any order over $50 will have Canada-wide free shipping.

Right now we only ship within Canada. Check back in the future and we may ship to more countries.

Maple Products

Maple Syrup does not need to be refrigerated until opened. If not opened and seal is not broken, Maple Syrup is shelf stable for years! However, once it is opened, it must be stored in the fridge.

Maple Spread must be refrigerated even before opening. It is not heat packed like Maple Syrup, so it must be immediately put into the fridge or freezer after receiving it.

Your Maple Spread will ship frozen and will be just fine even if not cold when you receive it. Since it's pure maple syrup, you may notice it starts to separate when you receive it - simply stir it so that it mixes back in, and then immediately store in freezer or fridge.

If you are using it regularly, just keep it in the fridge. If you may go a long time without having any, it's fine to put in the freezer to slow down the separation. Of course, that assumes it even lasts that long, which is unlikely!

Maple Sugar can be substituted 1:1 for regular sugar or brown sugar in any recipe or in your coffee!

Keep the Maple Sugar in a sealed container or bag in a dry, cool place.

Maple Candy can be stored in a cool, dry place for a few months before it starts to break down. It does not need to be stored in the fridge, however, you may store it in the fridge if you want.

All three colour grades are great on pancakes and waffles. It just depends what your alternate use case for Maple Syrup is. We use Maple Syrup everyday, even though we rarely make pancakes!

Amber: Rich Taste. It's great to drizzle on yogurt with oats and berries, or over vanilla ice cream!

Dark: Robust Taste. Great all around syrup, can be used for anything!

Very Dark: Very Strong Taste. Most often used for cooking and baking. Great for marinades and making sauces.
